Fragmenta is an iOS application that delivers daily curated micro-content about classical Greek and Roman history. The app provides daily packs of six fragments, reading progress tracking, streak tracking, and the ability to save fragments for later review.
You may use Fragmenta for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All content within Fragmenta — including text, editorial selections, design, illustrations, and code — is the property of Fragmenta or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Classical artwork images used in the app are sourced from the Metropolitan Museum of Art Open Access collection under Creative Commons Zero (CC0) public domain designation.
Fragmenta strives for historical accuracy and factual rigor in all content. However, historical interpretation can vary among scholars, and we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of every statement. Content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered a definitive academic source.
We aim to deliver fresh daily content but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Fragmenta introduces premium features or subscriptions in the future, additional terms will apply and will be presented before purchase. All purchases will be processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Fragmenta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fragmenta and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fragmenta operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
